Recently installed AusZip at my balcony. Very happy with the entire experience from consultation to installation. Kwan was very patient to explain what can be done at the balcony and he pointed out details like rain guard at the bottom of the tracks. On installation day, his team arrived promptly and managed to finish within a day. When they noted that the original roof structure resulted in uneven sides, Kwan immediately bought some covers to install. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.
